An adjustable, site-specific, ready-to-install plug & play solution. The TreeTube™ team of experts will provide comprehensive support by planning and designing the most adequate TreeTube™ model for your site,  and adjusting the system to the location specifications and surrounding environment.

The TreeTube™ system controls and directs the roots, while providing the optimal aeration, water and soil conditions for the roots to develop at a depth of 50-100 cm below-ground. By integrating a specially designed polyolefin barrier,  TreeTube™ systems physically prevent roots from climbing back onto the road or pavement.

The TreeTube™ is filled with tree-designated soil and compost. The tube is built with integrated ventilation and irrigation systems, which once connected to both a ventilation duct and an urban irrigation piping system, ensure that all of the tree’s needs can be healthily and instantly met. 

The TreeTube™ tubular system is engineered to be situated alongside, and in-between existing underground infrastructure and tubular utilities. Thanks to its modularity, the system can be fully-adjusted to seamlessly integrate into any under-street condition.

Of course! The TreeTube™ system is designed with a 360° approach to ensure a sustainable urban infrastructure for trees in perfect coexistence with other essential city utilities. Thanks to its innovative design, the system is built to enable quick street drainage, while offering excellent integration into the city’s water-management infrastructure.

The TreeTube™ system itself does not require any maintenance once it has been fully installed  and offers year-round access to irrigation. In the event that the interpolated irrigation system requires maintenance, it can be easily removed and replaced, without requiring additional alterations to the system. In the event that you require maintenance to the adjacent utilities, this has no effect on the TreeTube™ system, as it functions in complete isolation. The TreeTube™ unique green utility tubular system essentially enables all of the city infrastructure to co-exist without compromising neither the tree’s roots nor the adjacent utilities.

Any tree can be planted into the system, subject to local guidelines and standards, the available space, and the selected TreeTube™ diameter.

The unique system enables optimal tree-planting in above-ground parking lots, providing much-needed urban shade, without using up valuable parking space for the tree’s infrastructure. The only surface space that gets used up to enable the tree’s growth is the planting pit and its opening.
